Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

We ship globally however please note we do not cover import duties or taxes at customs. This is the responsibility of the buyer. If you refuse to pay your order is at risk of being destroyed and we will be unable to issue a refund. 

Delivery 

Please note, delivery can take up to 5 working days. If you need something sooner, please call us on 01367 850 174. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • Gift Vouchers are exempt from being returned. 
  • To complete your return, we require the original delivery note, receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

As a small business, we don't offer free returns. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as if we do not receive your returning item, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of your refund.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we kindly ask that you

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If still you have not received your refund, please contact us at retail@thyme.co.uk citing your order number and products returned.

Exchanges 
We only offer exchanges on products that are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
