Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Gift Vouchers used against cookery classes can be transferred to another class date of the same value fourteen days before the booked class. For cancellations within the 14 day period prior to the booked class a refund or transfer is not possible.
